The Bullrun Rally attracts all types of media attention, from online car shows like The Smoking Tire giving you full coverage of the event start to finish, to local newspapers and blogs. Some of them are fairly straightforward and boring, and others are absolutely comedy gold. For Instance:
This gem from online blog (if you can even call it that) TFLCar.com. This article, directed right at me, accuses me and all the Bullrunners of driving drunk (a flat-out lie) and the wording, spelling, lack of facts, and context of the article, lead me to believe this is a jealous kid who wants to do the rally but can’t. I have never met the person who wrote this article, and if I have, he didn’t dare say any of this shit to my face (no online shit-talker has ever said anything to my face). Read the article here and laugh with me. Especially read the comments at the bottom, where this kid’s readers clearly don’t agree with him.
TFLCar: Matt Farah and Bullrun Feel Free to Never Visit Boulder Again
The next article is absolutely hilarious, because our friend Rob Ferretti from Team Super Speeders completely made up a story in an interview with The Mountain Mail, about how our friend Shivam, who drove the black EVO X on the rally, has Leprosy and his arm is falling off, and we’re doing the rally to raise money for him. Well, they printed every word of it.
Bullrun Stops for Lunch In Salida
Best line of the article? “They used to have entire Leper colonies. He’s like a colony of one.”
Fucking classic.

Hey matt i live in boulder and love what you do. pepole here are so pissy its unbelievable. you are welcome back any time you want!
hahaha i commented on that article about you after i read it because it was just a huge load of BS.
LOL everyone is making fun of TFLcar in the comment section of their website!
I live in Colorado and frequently work in Boulder….There is nothing worse in this world than hippies with money (inheritance usually)…Boulder is beautiful and so are the CU girls, but the rest annoy me terribly…Come back any time you like and ill make sure we hit great roads and towns…and miss "full of themselves Boulder"….
Thats typical boulder for you, everyone believes that they party hard there, but for the most part they aren't anything special, just a community of politically correct people. Come back to our great Colorado roads more often, I'm honored to drive here in the mountains everyday.
