I’ve seen some pretty amazing sales pitches when it comes to a home. I’ve seen homes for sale where the owner offers to be the new owner’s housekeeper for a year, I’ve seen gigantic billboards on I-95 for mega-mansions only about 0.01% of the drivers who pass can afford, and I’ve seen discounts so steep in Detroit that people are buying second and third homes just to use for parties.
But I have never seen this.
A Malibu resident is trying to sell his 6,000 square foot, 5 bedroom house for about $4.4 million. The home features expansive ocean views, a pool, and a 13 car garage. But if you buy the house before June 30th, 2010, one of those 13 spots in the garage will be occupied by none other than the world’s first 200 mph production car, the Ferrari F40. This particular example, one of only 1315 total cars built, has just 800 miles on the odometer and is worth anywhere from $400,000 to $850,000, depending on who you ask. Even if you’re not a car guy, that’s a pretty smokin deal. Hopefully, unlike my house, you don’t need to build ramps to get the F40 out of the garage.

thats awsome! and i learnt something new for the day, i always thought it was the Jaguar XJ220 that broke the 200mph first, but then thats probably because i never get beyond the beautiful images of the F40 to read anything about it…damn these lustful eyes.
