Good shit Matt.. I dunno what happened to Garage 419 or why you started The Smoking Tire all I know is that I like your shows specifically because you're in them. Motorweek is cool and all consumer information wise but god damn is it not the most boring shit ever. Supercars exposed and supercar showdown is cool too with Faust BUT you don't always get the full info you'd want on the cars themselves.. it's mostly just entertainment and doesn't offer anything insightful or news worthy other than tire smoke from expensive cars. Which is why I love your shows Matt.. whether it be Garage 419, The Smoking Tire or whatever else you do in the future your shows have that perfect mix of action, thrills, information and wit all while keeping the consumer and fan in mind. It's literally a car show for car guys BY car guys.. it's about the closest thing the US has to Top Gear… which Top Gear USA will surely ruin.
That's what I still don't get.. who in their right mind decided to make a "Top Gear USA" in the first place.. and secondly, why the fuck did they not include Matt Farah?…
The only negative thing I have to say about the smoking tire is… it needs more content! give us more! can't get enough of it.. I check the site daily to see what's new and have to wait usually 2-3 days before something pops up Lol.
