Video: BMW Hot Shoe Bill Auberlin Teaches us How to Drive the Circuit of the Americas

We can’t wait to get down to Austin to drive the Circuit of the Americas next time we’re in that part of the country. I mean just look at the above photo. That layout plus the elevation changes make this track one of the most exciting new racing facilities in the country. But before we go down there and put our foot in it, we’d like a lesson in the line. Thankfully, BMW factory driver and Turner Motorsport ace Bill Auberlin has gone down to Texas and sent us back brilliant instructional video about the best way to drive COTA in a Grand-Am Race car. It’s worth a watch, whether you plan on attending track days at COTA or not, but absolutely mandatory if you’re going to race down there for the first time. Hit the jump for the video.
